Field Sales Manager - Dublin/Leinster - Residential Sales (Charities Division)

FMI is one of Irelands leading Field Management companies involved in a wide range of activities including sales, retail services/management, merchandising & auditing, on behalf of many of the leading companies in their fields such as Kraft, UPC, Canon, Superquinn, BMW, Irish Cancer Society, Glanbia, Electric Ireland and Dogs Trust Ireland.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Field Sales Manager in Dublin for one of?our largest sales campaigns on our charities division.

This campaign has undergone significant expansion and the role will suit a driven individual with a strong desire to succeed. Experience in direct and/or residential sales management is essential for the role.

The role

This role is largely field based, the ideal candidate will drive sales and contribute to the sales strategy, whilst being able to lead a growing sales team.

• Min?of 2 years Sales management experience
• Reporting to the Sales Director/Senior Account Manager, you will have responsibility? for 20+ Field Sales Representatives working in Dublin & Greater?Leinster.
• Exceeding KPI's?and building strategies around this and moving the business?forward in terms of revenue generation
• Exceptional customer service/communication skills
• Team motivation and training (both office- and field-based training)

The person

• Must?have track record of delivering volume sales in a direct/residential sales environment
• Excellent motivational and sales training skills
• Self?motivated, target driven, structured and organised
• Must?have own car and full driving licence
